Squash Pie
1 1/2 shredded yellow squash 1 1/2 cup sugar 3 eggs 2 teaspoons lemon flavoring 1 tablespoons flour or corn starch 1 stick margarine melted |
Mix corn starch or flour and sugar together. Add eggs (one at a time) mixing well after each addition, add melted margarine and flavoring and mix well. Fold in shredded squash. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in a 8-9" pie shell. Tastes like a lemon pie. Enjoy. |
